yea i know! you were the one that gave me the idea just to let ya know! it was really easy to do! duplicolor makes a darn good color match!

how hard is it to remove the bumper cover? how is it held it?

It just "snaps" in place. If you look under the front of the truck, (which you should have no problem doing....you can prob. stand under yours ) you will see how it is held. I used a pair of pliers and gently squeezed the plastic things together and popped them thru. If you really want to do it right...spend the $80 for the smooth one from GM. It's not even worth sanding the textured one for $80.

do you know what the part number is? the people at the dealership will say! "whats your vin #? all we show is a textured on for you so they dont make them smooth!" just pisses me off. lol
