Looking for experienced advice on tire info please

Did the same shop do em? I wonder if they were balanced in the 1st place? Also, when u install wheel weights on backside for a cleaner look, they don't balance out as well. I was warned on this, but it looks better. And it's not bad at all. And no, before anyone asks, I didn't try em mounted on fronts just to see if it rode smoother. They're more than acceptable. Now if I could smooth on the big bumps.
