Mostly paint the engine cover. I've seen some stuff in street rod magazine, but with all the wiring I would only spring for tall valve cover to clear rockers myself.

Since you have the old square cover, you will need the bracket to go along with it. And I think you would have to swap valve covers because you don't have the threaded bosses in top of them for the side cover to bolt into. But you could look and see on that one.

There have been some threads on people taking the loom of the wiring harness and hiding it a little better and then relooming it. It makes the engine bay that much cleaner. Could also relocate the coils. If you want to get really serious, a few of the bagged guys relocate the fuse box and pcm inside the truck under the dash. Mostly for clearance in their case, but it would clean up under the hood much better. Can't really think of anything else other than just keeping it clean.

You could do something with the valve covers, such as polish them or check Edelbrock's website, I believe that they make some coil covers that bolt over the coils to hide them and end up looking like raised valve covers.

ive seen people move their coils up to see the valve covers then paint them to match the truck. thaty looks sick. polish up aluminum. removing useless brackets made my engine bay look wwaaayy better.
