Default Lowered long bed question.

I have a 03 rclb with a 3/4 drop. My problem is when I put 700lbs or more in the back my frame rest on the axle. I have my bump stops cut down to nothing and it still hits. My biggest problem is I want the back a little lower to level the truck out. What kind of drops are you other long bed guys running? Did you have to do a C-notch?

You could be just fine with a set of helper bags. I also think that if you were to go lower than 4" in the rear you would NEED a notch.
I just have 2" shackles and want to go another 2 in the rear and 2 up front, I plan on enlisting the help of some helper bags.

I think DozerDan still has some Helper bags for sale that just need new lines. That'll solve your problem. Or you could trade me your drop for my factory suspension.

I had a 3/5 drop, it rode on the bumpstops all the time. Then I raised it up one inch in the rear, only hit on hard bumps or when loaded. You really need a notch. The helper bags may work, but the notch is the answer.

Yeah I think I should go with the notch and then 1" lower also. Were is a good place to get one? and should I go bolt in or weld in?
