Looks awesome man! I love the smoked tails and roll pan. We're starting to get a nice group of lowered Z71's around here

Looks great! Out of curiousity, why didn't you paint the bumper cap and valance? Also, about how much drop to you have? It has an excellant stance for a z71.

Well some of us like 4x4 for the occasional trip to snow country or the track. Lowered = better aerodynamics + handling. Looks better too!

I did all the painting myself, I spent a whole long weekend just to paint the pieces I did do, plus everynight after work sanding the week before.

Plus i'm worried about stone chips, the chrome on my grille looks like its been sand blasted from all the salt and sand in the winter.

painted
-roll pan
-tailgate cap
-tailgate handle
-tail lights
-front emblem
-interior door switch panels
-patch painted below the fuel door, and the back bottom corner of both side windows, because the paint flaked off due to rust.
-tow hooks (I had some extra paint in the gun)

As far as lowering go's the front is down at least 3"+ via keys. The rear down 4" from hangers and shackles, plus 2" for the lift blocks. The rear suspension is somewhat variable, because i'm running slam air bags, with the middle leaf removed.
