Im thinking this question would go in "GM Drivetrain & Suspension" forum.
Is the truck 2wd?

Do you have a pic of how it sits now? One inch will hardly make a difference...

^ x3, 1 inch is nothing... I'm not even really all for gettin the 2 in shackles cuz its only barely noticeable...

To answer your question, the leveling kit should have raised the front up to be even with the back, to fix the factory forward pitch

hangers and shackles are both on the rear suspension....and hangers are a pain in the *** to do so i would not recommend them. need to know what your uncle did to lower the back though, he may have already done shackles. in the front you can do spindles, lower control arms or coil springs with springs being the cheapest. you will be wasting your time doing 1" all the way around, 2" will be a better way to spend your time and money.

yeah i talked to him today and he said the same thing you all did, but also i run 275/55/20 tires on it so he said dropping it any lower was going to be very very close on those tires so i probably am just going to let her be for now

thanks for all the replies though. like i said im new to this site and new to the custom truck world and this site has been a huge help in things.

I'm currently running those same size tires with a 2/4 drop and they do rub on big bumps. They would be fine if you just tweaked the fenders a little bit.
