Made my truck look dumb. SWEET! Lowered 4x4 (that shouldn't be).

PT's Slowest Truck

LOL Dan, it looked pretty silly with the mudders on there...kinda like a photoshop that someone did for me when I was running on 33 AT's. Getting there though, glad to see you joining the lowered 4x4 crew Some 32's would look good with your current drop (I have 285/50-20's in the summer and 275/70-16's in the winter), or some 31's if you go a little lower. Keep up the good work brother...and let me know how the Trucks at Carlisle was!

Ruined a good looking truck IMO. Trucks like Low4x4 pull it off, but your truck was already made to look more offroad with the bedliner on the sides. One thing I would at least do is put the other stock wheels on with these tires. If your trying to go faster, those stock steel wheels weigh a ton, put the lighter aluminum ones back on.
And I need the mud tires mounted on a set of wheels for winter, and I'm not going to pay like $150 to get the tires switched from one set of wheels to the other. The two wheel/tire combos are within 2 lbs. of each other too, and these have less rolling resistance, and the mass is located more towards the center.
Compared to before, phenomenally. Doesn't ride too well with the stock length 4x4 shocks, but that'll get fixed eventually. I drove about 500 miles on it this weekend, and had no issues with bottoming out the shocks.

11 sec. Truck Mod

I dont think it looks too bad, looks like she's ready to launch better at stoplights!
I think some nice stock 17'' rims would complimnet your truck.
I understand you " mood" we get bored and like to try new things/ideas on our trucks. modding is fun and why we do it.
i like lifted and lowered trucks as long as they look good. cant stand 22'' homie wheels on these trucks.
I have one lifted and one stock height, for different days i have different attitudes LOL!

Yeah it definitely does hook better off the line, mainly due to the tires I'm sure. It does transfer a LOT more weight now though, possibly too much. After seeing Josh (Sharpshooter)'s truck at Carlisle, I'm thinking about trying to run some limiting chains like he has.
Here are a couple other half assed pictures, I'll try to get some good ones tomorrow night, I'm going on 2 hours of sleep today.

It really is growing on me too. It definitely has a bit of the sleeper thing going on, but it's a little confusing with the Linex and flares. To me, when I look at it, the stance with about 1" of rake and the black steelies looks like it says "something might be going on there, but there's bedliner on the outside of it, so it must be slow".
Then again, I'm a bit delirious right now, so ignore me.
