McGaughys drop spindles..

Anyone check out their 2 inch lowering spindles for the AWD Denali, Escalades, SS Silverado, etc....
I would like to get some spindles and belltech shackles for my truck. Can I keep my stock shocks? I have the electronic Delphi ride control ones that came on my Denali.....Id hate to lose them.

You will be able to use stock shocks because it doesnt change the height of your suspension, it just moves the spot that your wheel mounts to 2" higher on the spindle, basically thats what it does anyways

This is the spindle I will be using.
Keeps the OE spring and shock.
Dont have to swap ball joints or flip the upper control arm either.
Best way to go...my opinion

Be careful to order the spindles for 17" wheels or larger! They make two spindle types for those of us that didn't have the jack to upgrade the factory 16 inchers. These spindles are a major PIA!!! Lots of grinding and cutting involved. This is not so with the 17" and up spindles. That's probably what they would suggest for your truck anyway....

Mc Goy's
While traveling in the Fresno area selling our clutches, I visited Mc Gaughy's, pronounced "Mc Goy's" and talked to them about their spindles. They won the 2003 SEMA award for best new product. Everything they claim seems to be propper, definately the way I'm going to go. Wouldn't budge on the price....$245 for a 2" 02' Silverado spindle setup.
