I have the same problem too. Some spray on wheel cleaners will do that to them too. I had a bad experience with an Eagle One wheel cleaner that was supposed to be safe for our wheels. Well I followed the directions to a tee, and I still got the "milky" look. I just polished them up with my Wenol polish, and the milky look went away.
Now is anyone experiencing a strange corrosion effect on any of their factory wheels? My Father's '99 OBS Suburban has a wheel or two that's doing it, and now at least one of my wheels has the same corosion problem.
