Default Mirror cover help needed.

Anyone have the part number for the Black covers that come on a Tahoe Or Suburban?
Price from dealer?
How do they come off ?

Best place for factory parts. Jennings Chevrolet 800 244 3782 very helpfull fast delivery.

Thanks, calling them now. The dealer here could not find them on the parts list.

Jennings says they do not offer just the covers for sale. The Hoe and Sub mirrors are painted complete. I'll keep looking.

i called the dealer one time and they told me that gm didnt sell them seperate. people dont know crap these days

Got a part number? Gmpartsdirect is not really of any help either.

no but i got an extra mirror ill go rip it off and see if theres a number on it.

Your looking for the black plastic covers and not the black colormatched ones right?
I have one I just removed from a brand new driver side mirror if thats what your looking for.

Actually I am looking for the painted ones. If I can't get em painted I may as well paint mine myself I guess. Why buy the plastic ones and paint then if I already have plastic ones that can be scuffed up and painted.
I thought someone here said yo could get the painted ones from the dealer for about $40.00??
I'm starting to think that was a mis-statement.
