molding removal
alright so i finally got around to debadging the whole truck but now i have about 12ft of that crappy molding all along the sides, is the process for removing the badges the same as the molding? hair dryer, eraser wheel and

I left mine out in the sun, with the molding on one side directly facing the sun. It was around 90 degrees out that day and the molding pulled off pretty easily. I peeled the adhesive tape off with my finger nail, it sucked, but not too bad really.
I then used goof-off to get all the residue from the tape off followed by a wash with some strong detergent, and a buffing/waxing.
Really hot water works to pull off moldings too if you can't wait for the sun to do its job, be care full with a heat gun if you do use one.

Moldings will peel off easily, most of mine weren't even adhered. Then washed it, I used CitrusSolve, 3M Hand Glaze and polish.
The Silverado logo on the tail was a MF'r even using a heat gun so be patient with it. Then the same procedure...
