If you are 4x4, they will bolt up just fine. The 2wd truck's hub just sticks out a little further than the 4wd/AWD trucks- this is why they need spacers. Look at my avatar to the left and you can see my gunmetal Saleens that have the same specs as the Cobra wheels...
