Default Need Pic: Tahoe without side molding.

Contemplating taking the side molding off my 04 Tahoe... the plastic chrome is getting a little faded... want to see what it looks like without the trim. The only reason I hesitate doing it is people around here have no respect for dinging there doors into mine.... it's the only thing stopping more damage right now. Otherwise, I might just put some chrome vinyl over the faded part.

Here's Mine. I Think They Look Much Better Without The Molding.

i see your from NJ man, im from sicklerville, camden county- ive only gotten 1 small door ding- and i did it myself by accident, i was opening a customers door that was parked next to mine and the door slipped out of my hand

its well worth it though, it looks awsome, once i get my body color grill, ss bumper, and painted rear bumper on and lower it 3" all around when im on vacation in month it should be awsome

This came in handy. I need to replace my passenger doors but they have a different molding. So I would have to take off my driver moldings or buy new passenger moldings. Unless there is a way to take off my passenger side ones with out warping the metal strip in the molding.
