I'm pretty sure you can drop a 4wd. The front end on all the yuks and hoes, 4wd and 2wd, use torsion bars, and all the rears use springs.
As far as the roof rack, I just filled the holes with silicone, then covered them with strips of body moulding that extends the length of the roof. I had to drill out reliefs on the bottom side of the moulding where they sat over the stud holes.

I forget what brand I got, but it's the generic moulding that you get to run along the side of your doors to prevent door dings. I know some people used the roof rib moulding off of a suburban.

i cant get any help from fullsize, but i talked myself out of the 4/5 kit today. who has it and wuold you recommend it? i will be running 20 inch boyd outlaws and this is on a white 01 yukon. i bought the rims last week and i want to order the kit this week. mcgaughys djm or wc???
