As you can see I had probably 100 or more tacks. My first ones were about one and a half inches apart and just filled in from there.
This was only my 3-4 attempt to weld sheet metal and I think it turned out damn good.
With the roll pan the stock exhaust is just rediculous. I am going to just Y after the axle for cost, and simplicity(It may get a muffler but that is down the road). My first thought was the rectangle tips off a camaro. After looking I think I like the oval tips better because the entire truck is all curves. There isn't a straight line on the truck. What is everyone's oppinon? They would be placed just outside of the licence plate. They both have the same appoximate oppening 2-8/9 inches.

Please don't do Camaro tips! If your going to do a "Y" to a 45* in the rear go with a small tip so they don't look like a deer camp special on a 2wd. Just my opinion.
