No problem. You just set the bar high and I can live with that.

Turned out pretty good man! Just remember when welding thin sheet metal do small tacks and space them far apart so you dont warp the metal from to much heat

As you can see I had probably 100 or more tacks. My first ones were about one and a half inches apart and just filled in from there.

This was only my 3-4 attempt to weld sheet metal and I think it turned out damn good.

With the roll pan the stock exhaust is just rediculous. I am going to just Y after the axle for cost, and simplicity(It may get a muffler but that is down the road). My first thought was the rectangle tips off a camaro. After looking I think I like the oval tips better because the entire truck is all curves. There isn't a straight line on the truck. What is everyone's oppinon? They would be placed just outside of the licence plate. They both have the same appoximate oppening 2-8/9 inches.
Here is the rectangle.

And here is the oval.

Please don't do Camaro tips! If your going to do a "Y" to a 45* in the rear go with a small tip so they don't look like a deer camp special on a 2wd. Just my opinion.

I got most of the box built to ship your valance. It is much larger then I expected. Sorry I was busy at work and had scouts with my son tonight. I will finish the box tomorrow morn and have it sent out on my lunch.
