It does have a DPF stock but Ive NEVER seen anyone report 19 on the highway with a DPF in the Fords. They get horrible gas mileage stock but once tuned and the exhaust "fixed" they get what Id call respectable mileage.
Yes the exhaust in my truck hangs low because the b&w hitch for the gooseneck.

I don't know much about fords but wats DPF. It has a programmer and air intake I don't want to mess around with the exhaust I like the nice stock tone.
