Default New front end for Mexico?

do the 04 tahoes and suburbans made for mexico come with the new front ends? i saw a tahoe like 3 monthes ago that had the new front end and then the other day my buddy saw a burban with the new front end and it had mexico plates. i have really thought about going down there and getting a new body style 2 dr tahoe for quite some time, just dont know how to go about it.

I've seen a NBS tahoe round here a few months ago. An older hispanic man was driving it. I dont know if he would put an 04 clip on it, so I think it came from Mexico.

Im not being racist by sayin he was Hispanic, I am Mexican and im just describing what he looked like.

chevrolet.com doesnt show a new front end when u turn it into espanol..but tha tmight just be the american site in spainish... i cant find the mexican chevrolet web site

I like the 03+ clip on the SUV's MUCH better than I do on the trucks.
