I just plastidipped the lower valance and this stuff doesn't seem all that durable. The slightest touch seems to scuff it permanently. I sprayed it about 6 hours ago. Perhaps it needs more drying time? It matches the stock color of the upper bumper cap thing (dunno what it's called) pretty well.

You probably didn't allow it to dry enough. You have to clean the underlying surface to rid contaminants as well. Also, allow 10-20 minutes between coats. I put about 6 coats on my stuff. Make sure the weather is nice and also that the sun can sort of bake it on.

You are the first person who has said that it didn't work correctly for you. So more than likely you missed a step. Buy another can, or 2 and get back at it!

I allowed 30 minutes between coats. I did it when it was 60-70F outside, not in the sunlight. I washed the part before with alcohol. It was a brand new part too. I'll check on it today, maybe it cured a little more overnight. Either way I like this stuff and it's awesome that you can peel it off.

I would definitely use more than 3 coats if I were you. Glad you like it man! Get some pics of the finished product.
