Uh Oh... Can the lip be rolled up?

In the mean time running with less fuel in the tank may keep some weight off the driver's side.

Is the wheel opening mouldings ? or the bed side ?
If it is the bedside - gently roll the bed lip

I agree ,sounds like the fender lip needs to be rolled. What size rim/tire did you go with? Backspacing? If you decide to roll the fender lip be careful, you can mess up your fenders pretty quick.

the correct way would be to find a fender roller.....but who has one of those.hehe.get an old aluminum baseball bat, acouple friends to sit in the bed,and one to drive the truck. place the bat on top of the tire and apply some downward pressure onthe handle, then slowly drive the truck back and forth.you need to be on a flat paved surface.you may not need the people in the back if the tire is close enough to the lip as it sits. i know it sounds kinda scary but if you go slow it works good to get a liitle extra clearance.

if that doesnt work just buy the pink ford....no clearance problems there
