OEM or Aftermarket Foglights?

Hella FF75 lights fill the holes pretty well too!!!

Hmm, more decisions....I looked at the hella lights and they look good. Did you mount them behind the bumper like the OEM foglights or inside the hole without cutting the plastic out behind them.

Hey do any of you guys know If I want to get the OEM fog lights for my truck do I have to take it to the dealership is there another way to program them like maybe going to a mechanic shop that will maybe charge me less or maybe wiring them some other way............. Just wondering........

Thats the reason I'll prolly go with the hella lights. That and I can get driving lights instead of foglights.

I recently installed the factory fog lights. I chose factory over aftermarket because I think they look best... the angle style matches the headlights. I was happy with the extra light output, it is a much wider pattern than the main headlamps, so you see lots of the stuff on the side while you are driving.

Here is the part number for '03 and up kit, that includes the air dam (cutouts for both lights and tow hooks), harness, relay, dash switch, lights, and hardware. price $225

I hooked mine up and it worked WITHOUT having to reprogram the BCM.

The 99-02 style may be smaller, so I don't know how the light output compares.

Ok here is the deal I got my OEM fog lights and I have 2001 GMC sierra and I need to install them I tried to install them but once I got the part where I had to go into the electrical center I could not find out what to do can anyone help please

my factory foglights actually help out alot, but thats because i have hids in my highs lows and fogs.
