I'm not sure about a 7" B/S. But with 20" rim & 6.5 B/S there was plenty of room.
I trial fitted my first set since they sent me all four with 6.5 B/S when the rears where supposed to be 5.5 B/S.
But I have the HD suspension which puts my front track width wider than a standard 1500 type suspension.

A 7" Backspace on a 10" wheel would be ok, but not to tuck on like airbags or anything really low. For a slightly lowered stance, it would be fine. Our steering wheels are now full billet, no more half wrap.....and are running around $550 retail with a billet horn button and billet adapter included. We make a matching steering wheel to just about every wheel we have.
