I havn't removed the headliner to see but has anyone put an overhead console in there non console Truck? 99-02?
I'm sure the holes are there, prolly just needs thread insert clips. I would think Gm wouldn't make two different roof panels. I'm sure the holes are there on all of them?

 

This was my thinking as well, when I had my 2000 SCSB. Then I brought down the headliner - nothing was there for the clips.

 

I think if you just remove the headliner and check to see if theres a bolt where a screw goes in you should be in like flynn. if not then I guess your bonned.
