Windex and warm water mixed 50/50. Thats all I use to remove dirt and such from mine. Spray them off really well with a hose to get them good and wet, then spray them with the water/windex mix and scrub them with a microfiber towel. A claybar works on really tough spots like Dylan said. I actually use regular old Meguiars Gold Class wax on my wheels to protect them. It makes them look like mirrors.
