I believe the plastic panel is around $80 and the chin spoiler is around $20. Also, the parts department couldn't find a part # for the spoiler, wtf.

Hey, I'm just calling it the way I see it. Anyone can get **** to fit, but underneath it will still be shitty. The right way to install it on 03-04 trucks is with the new gray plastic panel.

Easy killer.
My front lower piece looks exactly like the one in the picture that was posted. The website that was posted showed that the chin spolier from the 05 Tahoe fit a 99-02 lower piece perfectly. It would make no sense for GM to change the lower plastic piece for 05 and then add a seperate chin spolier. If they were going to change the lower valance, then why not just mold the chin spoiler in together. That is why I am ASSUMING that the 05 Silverado part will fit on a 03-04.
I'll try to get to the local dealer and hopefully they'll have one on the lot that is accessible to check it out myself. What did you see that would prove otherwise?
What happened to the guy who put one on his truck and was going to get us the P/N?
If someone with an 05 could PM me their VIN, I might be able to get the P/N.

Sorry about that, I'm just **** and I shoot for perfection & cleanliness. The differences are on the corners (just in front of each front tire) there are mounting bolts between the gray and the black plastic panels. And the chin spoiler is mounted to the gray panel via clips that are molded into the gray panel.
I'm figuring that they didn't mold a new gray panel with the integrated chin spoiler because:
1) The 2500 trucks don't use the spoiler (I think they still use the mech fan), gm is cheap and the addition of the chin spoiler costs money.
2) The chin spoiler may be considered a wear item, so the mounting method they utilize makes replacement easier (~$20 vs. ~$100)

Ok, I stopped by the dealer yesterday and checked out the chin spoiler. You are absolutely right. To do the job right you need the new lower valance too. I did get a part number for the chin spoiler though. It was molded into the backside of it.
p/n 10386198
List price is $27.42, gmpartsdirect has it for $16.18 before shipping.
Looks like this will go on my future mod list since it needs more parts.
I also noticed they added plastic deflectors around the tow hooks too.
