That's really sharp-looking! Thanks for not buying the plastic-clad version....I liked Transformers when I was a kid, but not as an adult

Great minds think alike. I actually want to paint the entire rear plastic chit arrival blue to match the rest of the truck... As for running boards, my girl has a set of Grizzlys, but I dont get em until X mas

Thanx for the compliments guys. I hate the plasitc versions of my Tonka toy as well.

Looks awesome. Those are my favorite rims for off-road stuff. They work great with the blue.

I'm partial to the cladded Av.

It's easy to overlook how handy all that plastic is. Snow/salt and sand won't sandblast the rockers. You don't have to worry about foot-placement when you have to climb in the bed. NO bugs stick to the front bumper. It takes half the time to wash. (I never had to do anything more than hose off the plastic)

I still wish I had mine, in a way. It was so much more handy than the SS. I loved dropping all the windows and cruising around.

I got used to the "ruggedness" of the Avalanche, and I don't treat this truck very well. You guys would cry if you saw the bed.
