No DRs, street tread 255/50/16 Sumitomo HTRs(sticky when heated up) , on stock aluminum 16" wheels with a 235/70/16 up front. Really light combo, plus some worn shocks in the front to let the weight transfer. I still spin some because the track usually isnt prepped very good. My 60' time isnt that great(usually 2.2) with the slight wheel spin and the 4.8 with 3.42s and the open diff and stock trans, but it gets moving quickly after that. With the cutout open, it helps with the wheelspin on the line and usually is good for 1-2/10s off my time.

Outlawz..You've pretty much convinced me to get a new set of shorter tires before my next run! Are you saying that you do a burnout on the HTRs as if you had DRs?

Yes, I heat them up some, not as much as you would a dr or slick, but I get them smoking, you can push your fingernail into the tread when they are warm. I also avoid as much of the water as I can.
