the process varies based on the severity of the curb rash, but basically you just need to sand out the scratch and work it back to a shine. i start with 80 grit and work back to 1500. then polish it out.
as for polish, i use mothers billet polish as a final, and a local company's stuff for everything else.

You kind of answered my question but if you were to do a step by step write-up of the procedure with pictures it'd make a good sticky
Not that i have even a scratch on my wheels and certainly no rash but it's good information and can be used to restore any bare polished aluminum surface.
