looks like there rusting from the pits, try an sos pad with lots of water, probably get rid of some of that. i bought some 20's cheap a while ago and made them look alot better with a few hours a box of sos pads

Put a coat of wax on them after you clean them up.

I used some never dull on a set of 20's I had bought cheap that had some pitting...it will take all of the brown color off and help...but you still will have the small pits themselves...

after you do that, polish em up and then use a good wheel sealant to help more pitting...

i tried my best, i used no.7 polish, and some scotch brite. took off alot of the staining but now the still got a lot of pitt holes. i think im going to bring them to work and sandblast them then have them powder coated black.

thats the plan, sandblast, and powder coat them black. then slap some new rubber on them.
