i like the flat black look personally
So if I have a set of Tahoe wheels thats been spray can'd black, would I need to do any prep work? The paints starting to come off and show wear. I was going to do a little project or something with them.

I plastidipped my lower valance and grill/billet grill insert, each took one can. This stuff is pretty neat and comes off easily if you want it to. One tip is after drying for a day or more, wipe it down with tire shine and it will be less "sticky".

you could paint right over your wheels and it last really well. only prep work needed is to clean the surface and make sure its dry 100%. if its wet it wont stick.if your paint is chipping you shouldnt have any problems,
