Default Polished Centerlines clear coat?

Can my Centerline Stingray IIIs be clearcoated to avoid the oxidation and constant polishing? I don't like chrome and it would probably cost more to have them chromed than buy new wheels. I found Por15 clearcoat and eastwood has a clearcoat
http://www.por15.com/s.nl/it.A/id.1435/.f

Heres the whole story:
I put a set of Polished Centerline StingrayIIIs on in October that I got off of Ebay for $360 for all 4 brand new. I would have preferred chrome but for the price I couldn't pass it up. I like the look of polished aluminum better than chrome but this is a daily driver and the polished wheels are a pain to keep polished. I put the Zoops seal on and so far it has held up and I haven't had to polish them until this past week.

It snowed a couple days ago and I was dreading how bad they would look after the salt got to them. I washed them off that same day and was suprised the rear wheels are perfect like new but the fronts were ugly. They were blackened up bad. I polished them up with the power ball but I don't know why the rears weren't affected by the salt and the fronts were. I put new rotors and pads on the front 3 days before the snow and there was the breakin dust from the new pads but I washed them before the snow.

I had my Stingray III's powder coated and they came out great, no issues at all so far.
If you do a search you can find some good pics.

Yeah it was $65 per wheel, and well worth it.

It can be done on anything. It would be better on any non polished surface because it is hard to make a finish stick to a very smooth surface.

Default Chicagoland powdercoaters?

Anyine used a powder coater in the Chicagoland area. I want to either clear powdercoat my centerlines or see if I can get a titanium look like this hummer's wheels are done.
