Here is my new dual belt setup. Now I have a dedicated 8 rib just for the blower and stock 6 rib for everything else. I was sick of breaking belts and the nightmare belt change with the original set-up.

No where near as clean as everyone else's engine pics Intercooler is wedged in there too.

I have thought about doing this over and over again.. Looks like all you did was loose the spacers and idlers and bolt the blower to the original front plate of the kit.. Also it would app you have to move the PCM also.. what kinda idler are you using now.. I might run a electric pump, to see if it solves any probs..Changing belts is a royal PITA.. But I think one of the major problems/reasons the belts pops, is the fact that the water pump has a rounded edge and not a groove liek the other pulleys.. My belts have never broke under accel, only if i pop off the gas fast...

No, actually it is a GTO bracket assembly from Procharger with new mounting holes in it.
The belt change is no longer a PITA and only takes about 5minutes. I was breaking belts every couple of weeks so this was a must for me. The guys at Procharger say that the 6 rib set up is only good for up to 600 ENGINE hp, I was way over that and was having issues. I also like that if it breaks now, I can still finish my drive just fine with all of my accessories.

Yes, it definatley helped with slip. Even going to the eight would have helped but having an eight just for the blower is way easier in every way.
