Thumbs up Purdied up some nasty looking tail lights :P

Was bored this eve, esp with all the rain we been getting. So decided to take on a small task, work some magic.. Lights looked like they were ready for the trash can.. Were seriously busted looking.. Have about 50 mins in them, they turned out almost perfect.. Made my buddy a believer.. what ya think..

Whoa, nice work! If you don't mind, could you post up the steps and grit paper you used?

Sand and clear or sand and buff? Either way, they look amazing.

Thnx guys, even you to Park face.. I used 1500 paper, wet sand, light cut compound, with a wool pad, 14-1600 rpms on the buffer, then finishing cut with a foam pad.. don't lean on it hard.. No clear coat on these, this is the finish of the plastic.. Prob could have went with 1000 first, then 1500, but these are more then good enough, you really have to eye *** them to see the lightest scratches after then final step This is wth 3m products, but 3m is all I use..
