Default put on 20's LR tucks, RR doesn't

after i put on my 20's i noticed that my right rear tire didnt quite tuck(about an inch). the left rear tucked fine. at first i thought it was the wheel so i side to side rotated and it still did it. i have heard this is just a common thing with chevys and saw one other truck doing it but not as bad (he had narrower tires). any of you guys had this problem? know how to fix it, or explain it?

The rear end is off center from the factory. I'm not sure why, but both of my Sonomas have been that way, and so is the Sierra.

My 03 is doing the same exact thing. The left is fine, but the right sticks out a little. I thought the offset on my rims were different, but they're not!!
