Racing seats
Just spend about 1/2 hour going through old post and back then only a handfull of people had racing seats. Some threads were over 5 years old and it's time for members to post more pics of their set ups and explain how they kept air bags and mounted their seats. Also looking for reviews on which seats are comfortable for daily driving since I plan to do mine soon.

Home depot was out of 5 gallon buckets and the install kit I bought from Jegs was junk, so I decided to tackle this with a little help from the smart samaritan up top. He hooked me up with some 3x3x2 square tubing and grade 8 bolts. I installed them using stock hardware to the truck and then drilled holes in tubing where seats needed them. The mounts are sturdy as hell and It have me a place to mount the lap belt on the 5 point harness. Came out better than I expected for having absolutely no fab skills at all. I don't even have ninja skills either. LMK what yall think.

Looks awesome but those seats look really low for some reason. I like the cage too, who did it?
The reason most don't go with aftermarket seats is because of the seatbelts being mounted in the actual seat and the fact that you can't legally drive a vehicle on the street with airbags and 5-point harnesses. The only street legal harness is made by Schroth and it still uses a retractor.
