I dont think they will. Or at least when I tried to fit a rear right door handle from a tahoe on a 2004.5 Duramax's front right door I had to make it fit, and you can tell it wasnt made for the front. If I remember correctly the plastic lever that connects the handle mechanism to the metal rod inside the door is too long, the front ones are shorter.

I don't think so I tried to order a rear door handle off a Yukon for my 04 (thinking it would be the same, just without a key hole) and it was completely different.

What color is your truck? You could just order an 04-05 SUV handle to avoid the key hold issue, or I believe that a member on here found a way to make a filler plate for the key hole.

Yes they will fit fine BUT you will have to change the steel bracket that the rod connects to.You just pull the plastic pin where the spring and bracket are and swap the bracket off your stock handles. The handles themselves are the exact same. I suppose you are just wanting to get rid of all the door locks right?
