its not fiberglass. i think its called a plastic composite or something like that.

Yeah, i wasn't familiar with what their using but I bet epoxy resins will stick to it just fine if it's prepped good

I also have a stepside and would like to glass in a roll pan.. I would think if you were going to go the glass in route that you'd want to use a pan with plenty of flex. Let me know how it turns out.

yeah you can mold it for no more that 250 tops with good paint. get a steel roll pan and weld it.

I had a steel roll pan I bought and installed myself, paint ran me 100 bucks--plus they had to straighten it out, had a crease right in the middle of it.
