Default Roof top carriers.

I recently bought my "06 Tahoe and the one down side is I will often need all 7 seats so that leaves no room for cargo. I am looking to get a roof top cargo carrier and curious what you guys have used in the past.

I like the idea of the soft ones that claim to be water proof. I am curious if they are actually water proof though. Thanks for your input.

Here is a link to what I am considering.

No body has had to turn there truck into a tourist, vacation machine and used the soft bags? I think I found a hard one to borrow, but it is always nicer to have your own!
