Default Running boards?

Does anybody have any suggestions as to where to find a good price on running boards? Not these nerf bars that I see most places selling today, but REAL running boards, you know, the kind with the integrated mudflap?? Kind of like this:

Any suggestions? Anybody think I can pull off Diamond Plate on a red/red '97 OBS extended cab long bed 2wd these days, or should I stick with the extruded aluminum?? Thanks!

running boards are "old man style." If u want your truck to be easier to get into just lower it!

Meh, not into lowered trucks. IMO, they should be stock height or lifted - dropping a truck is pointless. I have a driveway full of BMW's (streetcars and trackcars) if I wanna sit low

FWIW, I'm looking at wheels right now too. Thinking a set of maybe H2 wheels with a 285/70/17, or a set of stock late model 2500HD 16" wheels. Still undecided, probably depends on what I find for a better deal
