Sounds good man. And clean. On a side note, looks like you have a nice house there, but one thing that I noticed in the area. I thought everything is big in Texas, but why the hell does it look like all the trees are about 4ft tall in the background. Dont you have trees man.

ya all my trees are small... We just moved in about 5 months ago and our house had no trees 
... if you have never priced trees they are freaking expensive if you buy them big.... Like $200 each... Since we are planning on staying in this house until we die, we bought 18 small trees at $20 each.... they will get bigger
