I think that the truck looks good just like it is. If it was me I would not touch it.

be carfull what rims you get if you do get some, i got 18's to be light, but they are HEAVY. and my 305,60,18 toyos dont help it ither. I noticed a Big slow down when i put them on.

well the plans are centerline, and i think they are like 20lbs

I myself am not crazy about blinging wheels, been there done that. Now, there's several wheels out there that look good and are light and will get you any desired backspacing, (Billet Specialties, Boyd's, Intro's etc. etc.). Now that's if you want to look cool while hauling *** and have a sport/show truck.
By the way, that's a nice and clean truck you have there already.

dont go any smaller they look good imo
