Any suggestions on how to easily lift the front a inch or two... I've heard of some type of lifting mechanism that grabs the stock coil and stretches it longer?

Nice looking truck. What I would change is add a drop and need to upgrade your rotors/calipers a bit.

Daystar coil spacer imo, don't mess with the springs and I don't think you can get a lift spindle under 3".
