Default Side Molding Removal????

Whats the easiest way to get these things off. I got the heat gun out but its still taking quite a bit of effort and time. I am wondering if there is an easier way to do this, there has to be some chemical or something you can put on there to break the double sided tape and adhesive crap off. Or am I wrong and this is the only way?

As far as I know its the only way. At the body shop we usually heat one end to get it started, then rip the rest of the thing off with the loose end. It should'nt really take that long.

Yeah we use the 3m wheel. Works really well, just make sure you keep it moving.

i've used a blow dryer and a credit card and scraped it off. then i used gasoline and toothbrush to get the rest of the adhesive off.
