Hoosier 28" slicks on stock 6.5" 16s? I know the stock aluminum 16s have been done with much success but they're 7" wide.

 

here is what i run, they tuck great, and are 8.5 wide... they only way 22lbs....

I have 28x11.5 ET Streets on factory 16" aluminum wheels, they fit very nicely.

28x11.5 et streets. Picture is with a 3/4 drop... it now has a 4/6 and launches fine without any cutting/rolling/etc. of the fenders....

 

Here are the same 28x11.50-16 on stock steels.

 

They will work fine.

 

Those 2005+, iv seen a few guys that have been able run spacers and make this wheel work in the front. In the rear would it make a difference if it was a drag radial or slick? Some 28 11.5 16 would be awesome in a dr. I'd like it to run around with on the street sometimes and track use.
