The mouldings came off by heating them with a hairdryer, sticking a flathead screwdriver (wrapped in a rag) under the front corner to get them started, and pulling like a ****. This left some hella double sided tape on the truck that I basically cleaned off with a hairdryer and finger rubbing. 5 blisters and a bottle of goo-gone later, she was clean.
The mirror caps came from streetinspiredkustoms.com but I WOULDN'T GO THERE. THEY STILL OWE ME $250 WORTH OF **** FROM DECEMBER 17TH.. The dude won't reply to emails or PM's. There's a few others over at gmfullsize.com that have been scammed by him. I'd visit your local GM parts counter and order some mirror caps. The '02 GMC caps were chrome and will fit, or you could get color matched ones from a tahoe/burban.
Thanks for the compliments.
