Its a lot of work but you guys need to cut out the stock grilles....it looks so much better. I have probably installed 4 or 5 speed grilles on my buddies trucks and one on my truck and I cut the stock ones out and rescessed them because I hate the way they look when they are even with the cross bar and hood. I love the speed grille tho so much cleaner and way easier to keep up than billet.

I've had mine for at least five years now and it's held up well, it's the brushed aluminum one. As 02_2500avalanche mentioned, I definitely recommend cutting the factory fins out, it makes quite a difference in appearance IMO. I had mine with the fins in for a while until I finally nixed them, it looks alot cleaner

I just got one not too long ago and decided I don't like it so took it off. If you want it I'll sell it to you for what I paid for it. $90. It's a brushed speed grille. I'm in SE Houston so we could meet somewhere if you wanted to. LMK.
