Sooo, question i just found this bumper under another site, that was on a 2002 tahoe. Now first off i really liked the look of the bumper itself but it was without the dip in the front, ie. the bumper that fits the 2003 and up. Well, i dont like that look as much as the 2002 older style, no dip in the bumper style. I have a 02 2500 HD. Think i could fabricate the 02 old style, tahoe, looking one to the front end of my truck without to much work or time? Let me know what you think.

There are alot of guys on here that have 99-02 with the street scene ss bumper cover. I think creederado has one of the best looking ones.

ive got an 04 tahoe. and that tahoe looks good, but its got the paint matched grille, and i think that does alot for it, my grill is all silver, plust i have clear corners. on the red it doenst look that bad, but dont i think it may look a little weird on my tahoe with all that silver, then all that black. it would look a lil off balance maybe? any suggestions?

 

So what if anything do you have to take off of your current bumper to get it to fit?
Won't it rust like hell with water getting trapped under it?
Thats my biggest concern with living in a snowy and rainy climate area.

 

 

it slides on over your existing bumper/ bumper top pad. Only thing that comes off is the bottom valance.

My truck is in the body shop right now getting one installed with a z71 front grill/ speed grille inserts. (thanks to that deer that jumped out in front of my truck)
Wish i could have afforded the Joe Gibbs Tahoe front grill tho.....one day I'll get it.

That is the most incredible looking Tahoe Ive ever seen. I wanted to put the roof rack from an Escalade on mine.... well everything he did.... HD hood, SS front bumper cover, etc.
