Default Tahoe Grilles

I'm trying to decide which grille to get and I need a little input. I'm trying to decide between the chrome grille or the black color matched one, both with billet inserts. I'm getting black clear corners and headlights, not the tinted ones, and I'm not sure if getting the black grille, with the black headlights, will be too much black. I'm not a big fan of the murdered out look but I really like the color matched grille. I found the chrome grille really cheap on ebay but I can't find the black one anywhere. Can anyone point me in the direction of a black one and give me a little input on getting chrome vs. black? Thanks in advance.

I love your front end. There is a truck that rides around here that has the same front end and I love the way it looks. I may just save myself a few dollars and paint around the chrome though. Did you paint your grille black or did you buy it that way?

I would get the chrome one & paint around the chrome. PS incase you don't know the "after market" grilles are slightly different than the GM. Where the Bowtie sits on the Aftermarket it is flat & your Bowtie sticks out. On the OEM it is recessed & is smoother "doesn't stick out past the Chrome".

are you gonna put speed inserts in? here's GMracer's blacked out truck...I think yours would look great with the speed inserts grille & bumper
