i use real candy paint to do mine when i worked at a paint shop, but alot of guy use hobby shop paint and see good results. blacking them out would look good too.

Finally got them back. they look fuggin awesome!!!

the flash lights em up, but they look black.Its like holding up a glass of red wine to the light. And smooth as a sheet of glass.

I dont want to steal your "thread"but I has a ??? I have 05 GMC, I put SS tailights well silverado all red, ones anyways how the hell do I get the other socket harness? I only have three sockets, and only one bulb lights up on top and not the bottom b.c signals, then reverse? i need help ?

I have them, they look awsome! They dont have the orange look to them at night. They are still chrisp red like the day I got them. Got them from ebay.

I know that they are on a silverado but just trying to let you know that they dont orange over time.

wow...those do look nice!

I found another OEM pair so I'm going to candy those (and the ones currently on the Tahoe).... worst case I can always sell them to pay for some LEDs down the line
