My 'Burban has been my DD since 2004. I have about 185k on it to date and that's with 2 year-long deployments under my belt...and the purchase of my Harley I bought after my last deployment that has been splitting the dd duties with the Burban...
I have an 85 Monte Carlo SS under construction, so when I'm done it will join the lineup for dd duties.
The SS is fun, but I love the Burban. I built it [twice - someone stole it and took all my goodies once] and it fits me like a glove. It performs just as good as the SS except has more on the top end. I'm not worried about miles because it's not going anywhere.
All I've replaced is the fuel pump (at 145k) and the tranny (probably because of all the racing) at about 160k. She's an amazing truck and I will have to post more recent pics...I've done a lil more to it with more to come.
I'm deployed right now, but they're all in good hands.

My dad got the truck brand new as a company vehicle and daily drove it for 236,000/10 years until he passed away in 2010. I got the truck on the cheap from his employer as a gift. I only drive the truck for towing and days when we get over a foot of snow. When the 5.3 finally gives out Ill have the 60e built and get a LQ4 to throw in it. Otherwise it will stay stock for now.
Otherwise this is my DD. 98 Buick regal gs. Just installed a full size intercooler, high ratio rockers, Gen V s/c off 2004+ 3800, cadillac northstar throttle body and The other guys headers. Just received bigger fuel injectors today and need to get a tune. Im shooting for 300whp and high 12's this year. Its no truck but it sure is fun and the blower whine sounds awesome.

Here is one of mine from the other day, the landscape timbers are fresh and soaked with treating making them very heavy, the 3.73s have made a big difference on the way this truck drives empty and really made a nice difference when loaded.

I DD mine because the 95 blazer doesn't make me cooler than the rest of the high scholers and civic gets worse gas mileage... go figure.

I dd mine when the Army lets me come home but I hate parking close to people. I'm that guy that parks at the end of the row and walks the length of the parking lot hopeing no one parks near my junk.
