Default Thinking of changing rims

So currently i have some chrome 22's on my truck running 305/45/22 Falkens. The rims look good (Ill see if i can find some pics later) but since i have a set of 20" SS wheels in my shed i was thinking about changing it up some. They are currently gray, but i would powder coat them black first. The current wheels i have on are VERY heavy, and the ss wheels feel significantly lighter. I want to end up selling one set, just not sure which ones yet. Questions: Im sure its been asked before but do you guys have pics of black on black setups with ss wheels? I also plan on color matching everything painted instead of that plastic look. I was just wondering how the murdered look would be with 5% tint and the only chrome being the grille. Also, since its my dd do you think it would gain or lose mpg? I would still run a fairly fat tire so i dont think it would be much smaller dia overall. Im sure it would pull a little harder since they are lighter. Opinions?

hmm what all would you leave chrome? are you going to leave the chrome molding down the side? i personally love black, unfortunately my truck is yellow so i cant do black rims , well i could but it just wouldnt look right to me, anyways you should pick up maybe a mile or two more per gallon IF it does shed weight, i know when i changed from my 20s to 22s back to 20s i saw a difference in gas mileage and both was overall same dia

if you wanted to just see what itd look like before spending money on coating them duplicolor makes a spray can paint that you can simplely wash off with soap and water, could always give that a shot i mean itd be worth the 5-6 bucks for the paint just to see if you like it in my opinion. i say go for it though

Just my opinion -- but i would stay away from black rims on black truck. Just by looking at your avatar seems as tho ur truck looks really nice with the 22s.

I would consider it except for the fact that i am deployed right now and it would be kind of difficult...sorry.
